The President of Iran, Hassan Rouhani, is expected to rubber stamp deals worth billions of dollars across Europe.
Mr Rouhani is in Europe on a five-day tour seeking to boost economic ties after the implementation of a deal on rolling back Iran's nuclear activity saw sanctions lifted.
It is the first state visit to Europe by an Iranian leader for 16 years.
